Not for the U.K market
The recipes in this book are intended for the U.S market; therefore they include a lot of ingredients that are completely foreign to us. There are no pictures and the Index is pretty useless.

Different way of cooking
1 of 1 found this helpful This Fryer is easy to use and well designed although have to admit it is the only one I have come across. It is a convenient size and can easily be stored in a kitchen cupboard. The instructions are
adequate and easy to follow. A delight to clean, I am experimenting with various foods although it
would have been advantage to have more recipes in the accompanying booklet.
