Gelatine Powder 500G (Professional strength 240 Bloom)

Great Product!

After struggling with supermarket gelatine not providing the "set" that I wanted, I did some research and learned what look for. This product appeared to be exactly what I was needed. After an afternoon of culinary experimentation, I can 100% confirm this is an excellent product. I particularly liked the "how to" leaflet which came in the package, it helped me convert my recipes for use with this gelatine.
