Best piece of kit I’ve ever bought .
2 of 2 found this helpful I’m 19st and have a bike , a treadmill, an abs cruncher and this . First 3 are good but boring as one half of your body is moving . Now I’ve got the vertical climber , jeez, it knocks the preverbial out of every part of your body . First night I did 100 reps and I was puffing . Two weeks on I’m doing 5x 200 reps . No impact on joints but with the rapid bursts my arms, shoulders ,middle “ belly” , thighs , calves , everywhere is getting it . I don’t get time to get bored . I haven’t really changed my diet but I’ve lost half a stone already ( only 4 1/2 to go ) . I would recommend this to anyone that wants to enjoy exercise for once and feel the difference immediately
