PNY Cooler not worth the headache
Board is reference so no problems there. Cooler looks nice but fans are cheap and don't last long. PNY goes out of they're way to try to avoid warranty repair. I actually got told to just buy a aftermarket cooler. Which leads to another problem, PNY actually has a spacer glued to the PCB for their cooler to rest on. This prohibits most aftermarket coolers from mounting.
If you get one of these, just know your eventually going to have replace the cooler. And your probably going to have to risk damaging the board to remove the glued on spacer to get a aftermarket cooler to fit.
