Does the job!
Installed it on my Macbook Pro (Mid 2012) and it does the job as it's supposed to.
Everything you need is in the packaging - and yes I'm talking about the fantastic screwdriver it comes with. That screwdriver is literally better than a 9 € multiset I'm currently using. Also it's cute as fuck.
I had my doubts, but my beenie is off to you my good sir, whoever you are.

It's a good replacement.
It's built very well and for the price it does a perfect job. Be careful when replacing though the small microphone is attached to the headphone jack with a very fragile flex cable. It is very easy to tare it off.
