For the price, it's functional
2 of 2 found this helpful Received product missing one latch. Latches are very cheaply made and will fall off. Lost two of them, on two cases, during my trip. That said, I invested in 4 - luggage straps and 4 TSA locks. If you have a large golf bag, case is too small. I wanted a hard case for international travel as was recommended by Travel agent. However, saw a great deal more soft cases on the plane then hard cases. Forget the hard case and buy a soft case with wheels
