The seller was great to work with. I bought this for my nephews birthday. When it arrived I was very nervous as the inner box and then the item packaging inside the box was very beat up and looked like it had been kicked around. The seller gave me a slight refund that we agreed upon and I feel that was fair. The item was not damaged, it just didn’t look brand new either due to the box damage. Regardless my nephew loves it and that is truly what matters

Overall an ok experience. The pictures are a bit misleading, I thought you got red and yellow keycaps but you get one or the other. Shipping took a while too. Packaged well and look good though.
