It gets rid of all impurities aids relaxation and restful sleep and doesn't seem to affect my hair dye best of all it helps relive my aches and pains.
I work nights in a face paced manual job, it helps me relax and sorts out all my aches and pains ready for a good days sleep..which i have to say is very restful when outside noise normally interrupts. Have tried alot of brand name products which are suppose to aid sleep and relaxation.
