Awesome
There is really no substitute for an old school stereo mic. The photo was shot on pixel 2 through a diopter. What the photo is not communicating is depth perception, how comfortable it is and how easy it is to manipulate your work piece.
I'm extremely impressed. For the price you just can't beat this.

Good price, but the soldering is awful.
They should hire a bunch of old Chinese ladies from Shenzhen to solder these up. Or just get the one with separate pin headers.

Great value
If I had this as a child, my life would be on a completely different trajectory. This is one of the best, easiest and most forgiving gateways into electronic engineering. You will learn about DC circuits, logic gates, pulse width modulation, processor registers, eeprom memory, sensors and basic coding. There is a huge community around the arduino architecture who can help. Also 2560 is an excellent processor with great documentation. Overall I'm extremely satisfied. My daughter will grow up to be completely comfortable interacting with electronics.
