Poor product description.
Too short for a guitar. It might work for mandolin, but not for guitar. It's also kind of expensive when you consider it's just a string with a plastic piece at the end. I didn't bother returning it. I just bought another one. Returning products is a hassle I will not buy from that particular store again. And that's how I deal with insatisfaccion.
