    The item is good. The seller is to be complemented on sourcing the item which is long term out of stock at the manufacturers. So, top marks to the seller. The courier Yodel, however, is abysmal and took 12 days to deliver. They blamed bad weather for the delay but that does not excuse their 4 days of no tracking info and 3 days of telling me, FALSELY, that the item would be delivered each day. Also, I found it impossible to talk to a human. Unacceptable.
