I had to have a eBay step in for a refund as no communication from them since the first message saying the item hasn’t turned up And they blamed Covid for it not arrivingand very bad manners and communication do not trust Reply from: quantum_health_solutions- Feedback replied to by seller quantum_health_solutions.- Feedback replied to by seller quantum_health_solutions.We can only assume customer did not take time to read terms of sale stating to contact after 10 days if order doesn't arrive - their message was responded to reiterating this. Online selling is courier dependant, in this case Royal Mail who are having issues and we make this clear via listing. 96% of orders arrive on time and our customers feedback is a testament to their satisfaction. We take time to personally message all customers when order is posted as a show courtesy and good manners.

Good noise blocking. Green bit sticks out too much. Still good quality.
Good sound blocking, much better than foam plugs. So far the only downside I have noticed (as a side sleeper) is the green bits protrude into my ear too much and cause me to wake.
I remedied this by cutting the green bits a little so they can still be twisted out while allowing sleeping on the side. Still the best I have tried so far.
