Innovative and Simple to Use

This is an innovative and greatly needed solution to casual and semi-pro, time-lapse photographers. Easy to use and setup, its simplicity belies its abilities. The only small issues I would like the developers to address, is that the battery compartment cover can sometimes be fiddly to close against the pressure of the batteries as the compartment is a tight fit for the AA batteries. Also that the UNC attachment nut is too far recessed to be gripped by some of my tripods (though the battery cover). Simple fix, pull it out and completely and then slide it back with a some threads protruding through the battery cover access hole. An easy design fix that should NOT deter anyone from buying what is otherwise an excellent product.

Useful addition to your telescopic toolbox

The "7 Levels" refers to the fact that the collimator's laser is dimmable. This function gives you the flexibility to either collimate in full daylight prior to using the telescope, or at a dimmer selection if already nighttime. Good product, well thought out and doe the job. Easy instructions.

Care Required

The CF Card slot is actually slightly wider than the CF card itself. This means that the connecting pins can be difficult to align when inserting the card. It is difficult to engage the card with good alignment and therefore VERY easy to bend a pin(s) as a result. Not the best Card reader I have used, which is a shame as the product is otherwise good value.
