Stick to the Richard Widmark flic.

I liked the original movie version, and the novel is highly regarded. But, for me it's terrible. No spoilers, and everyone's take will be different, but this is extremely poor.

A blast from the past !

After being dubious about paying the original price asked, I snapped it up when that was reduced. I was really after an oyster (travel) card holder - ie a smaller version of this - but couldn't let this bargain pass.
