Handy backup battery pack
1 of 2 found this helpful This was really good value for money, but not the 100,000mAh capacity stated, it is more like 20-30,000mAh. It takes around 8 hours to fully charge and the solar panel will keep it topped up but don't expect it to fully charge the battery. The instructions are clear about that. It does give a full 2A and 1A output, even at the same time to charge two phones. For the price, it is good as a backup to charge or power your devices. The LED that acts as a torch is quite bright. For the price, it is very good value for money. I use mine regularly.

This device come with V1.3 software and doesn't work on Windows 10
3 of 3 found this helpful I purchased this item on the understanding it worked on Windows 10. It does not, Windows 10 does not recognise the Op-Com interface, even after trying the various drivers and instructions to replace and update drivers. I have owned and used previous Op-Com units in 2011/12 that worked on Windows XP without any problems - and used them to program cars. The trouble with this Op-Com is the USB drivers and poor copies of genuine software that don't work on Windows 10. A lot of the instructions make no sense as they are poor Chinese translations. The software provided with mine on the CD was three files, one a chinese clone/copy from 2010, then one from 2012 and one dated 2014. I think it was v1.3, not the latest as advertised...that was sent as a link to a chinese file share site by the seller when I asked why I had old software. From what I have seen so far, I would never risk plugging this in to a car as the copies and modifications to the software are from unknown sources. I suspect it is not genuine. Until you can load official software and plug the unit in on Windows 10 without getting errors, I would definitely avoid buying this and similar products. This is definitely not a 2017 version. The seller keeps sending different versions of the software which doesn't work on Windows 10 because the USB drivers are missing or faulty. They are not the latest OPCOM programs as supplied by ILEXA in the UK , they confirmed they are pirated. After complaining I was sent malware twice in the form of a program called BaiduNetDisk on a chinese web site. The seller will not refund, so this is being referred to ebay and paypal. This seller should be avoided and ebay should remove this and other listings containing pirated software as it will damage your computer and car. It is illegal in the UK.

Causes phone to heat up and stops charging.
I used it once and no longer use it for fear of damaging my phone. I am not convinced this is a genuine Samsung product when compared to one purchased from a phone shop. This one causes the phone to heat up which is not normal and the genuine Samsung one doesn't cause this. The phone is new and not faulty. I have tried it on a different Samsung phone and the charger is either faulty or not genuine. I am quite disappointed so have gone back to using the cable and charger provided with the phone. I don't want a fire!
