I would not buy another, because the first one didn't work.

Plugged the cord into my Polycom, NOTHING! Plugged it into my Grandstream, NOTHING! This adapter simply doesn't work. I would return it, but the cost to ship it back would be more than I get back, so... Buy a full headset not an adapter.
