  I was disappointed with what I received. Based upon the listed specs, I was expecting an i7 CPU, not the slower i5. 1 (of only 2) USB ports does not work - and was not disclosed. Over 500 battery cycles for a battery that was replaced 2 years ago? There is a dent, in the bottom case, that also wasn't disclosed, or depicted in the listing photos. For what I paid, I will keep the laptop. I would not have purchased this item had I known.

  Hi there, so sorry to hear you had some issues. Addressing here: 1. USB port: I am so sorry, I entirely forgot about that not working! 2. Not an i7 CPU? eBay suggested all that information based on the year and model and I let it autofill. 3. I listed the battery status as Normal, did not list cycle count. 4. I also included a full picture of the bottom? Please DM me, let's make it right. I would love to compensate you for my fault in not mentioning the USB port or listing the correct CPU.
