  Hi, Item arrived well packaged but found to be damaged. Obviously the result of rough handling - NOTHING to do with seller. Maybe some Hermes employees treat parcels marked "FRAGILE" as a challange to see how much punishment it takes to prove the contents really are fragile. Seller paid for it to come in one piece and undamaged - but it didn't. NO ISSUE WITH DESCRIPTION, COMMS OR PACKAGING - JUST THE COURIER Seller = 5 stars and reccomended but Hermes 1 star and to be avoided
