    Hi, Item arrived well packaged but found to be damaged. Obviously the result of rough handling - NOTHING to do with seller. Maybe some Hermes employees treat parcels marked "FRAGILE" as a challange to see how much punishment it takes to prove the contents really are fragile. Seller paid for it to come in one piece and undamaged - but it didn't. NO ISSUE WITH DESCRIPTION, COMMS OR PACKAGING - JUST THE COURIER Seller = 5 stars and reccomended but Hermes 1 star and to be avoided

    Very bad experience with this seller, he was very rude and arrogant, I had to return one of the parts as it wasn’t able to be used the car had to go back to the main dealer as no one could do programming. I’ve created a return using the portal and I had till the 11th to return my parcel, I was in the meantime logged out my account and couldn’t get onto it, which you can see on the screenshots were I’ve apologised. He was very rude. Don’t recommend anyone buying parts from here.

    A time waster who buys an item even though he admitted he did think he needed but ordered JUST IN CASE. I had a customer waiting to buy it but when I asked when he was going to return he said he had another week so wasn't in any hurry. As result I lost a sale. Treats ebay like he's doing his shopping on Marks and Spencer !!!!
