Pretty darn good
If you can get em cheap then I recommend. As comfy as their other HD5s and not so open so a great headphone for bed. The only downside is the sable is non replaceable and it has the big jack.

Sony MDR-NC50 Headphones
Really enjoying these. Noise cancelling is pretty good on it's own - there's a tiny bit of hiss, excellent with music though. the cans are a bit creaky at times, but I'm hoping that will wear in.

Works with iPad
Got this to work on my jailbroken wifi iPad with btstack gps. It runs fantastically with navigon. It won't work on the wifi iPad unless it's jailbroken and you purchase the $5 app called bt stack gps that is available on the jailbroken app repository Cydia
