Fine after updates

When first powered up internet performance via a fast wi-fi connection was completely unusable for live video, music etc. Constant breakup. However after much fiddling for several hours and an overnight rest, the performance recovered to acceptable levels. I believe something was updated but I'm not sure exactly what since updates aren't installed with a visual feature which indicates that they're in progress. This was a gift for someone so I can't comment on the phone and GSM internet performance but I believe it's fine. Overall the screen quality etc looked OK to me and the product seems to represent very good value at this price. Battery performance and long-term reliability are things I can't offer an opinion on - but I'd recommend it.

Completely useless

Basically it simply doesn't work. Of the two types of hand lifter available this is the only one of this type on offer and it's easy to see why once you try to use it. The others are pretty poorly made but at least they will do the job. As for the faults of this one, well the (plastic) feet are too thick to slide under the hands. And the plunger type arrangement... I have no idea how this could possible work. Buy a couple of examples of the spring sided versions instead.
