3 of 4 found this helpful It felt like it was going to work. I had a tingling sensation for a little bit but then I was hit with the worst headache that I couldn’t get rid of for 2 days. I drank more water thank recommended and continued to within the waiting hour. It also made me more dry than normal. Which was very frustrating. Everyone is different but from my experience is was a waste for me. It did come very quick.
