Descent microphones for the money.
After unboxing the receiver and microphones, I installed the included rechargeable batteries. Then plugged the receiver into an ac outlet and plugged the included patch cable from my karaoke player to the back of the unit. The microphones fit kind of loosely into top of the receiver so they can charge, but feel cheaply made. One of the microphones would not turn on, so I investigated why...the slide button was not aligned with the switch, so I popped it off, aligned and reinstalled. Over all sound quality was acceptable with little hum. A descent set if you are tired of microphones with wires or replacing batteries in your old microphones.
