Upgrade your cheap office chair wheels
These urethane wrapped wheels grip wood and tile floors 100% better than cheap plastic OEM wheels that come with a lot of office chairs. Please note that these are not rubber as advertised but urethane instead. Either way, they work. You just pull out the old ones and install the new ones and takes less than two minutes to change all 5. A little hand strength is required.

Be wary of the Starter Edition .
Be wary of the Starter Edition since it won't allow you to update data from prior editions. Kind of stupid if you ask me.

CD as promised but jewel case cracked
Siri was in perfect shape but the showcase craft horizontally across the full face of the cover. Had to throw it away and use one of my own extra case.
