Rode NT-1
1 of 1 found this helpful This microphone is absolutely gorgeous! My father in law owns the original Rode NT1 so I knew this mic was going to be everything I needed and more! It looks stunning, it's ultra quiet and feels quality in the hands. The shock mount is excellent, really does it's job well. The pop filter is also great however I received a Rycote Invision pop filter as a Christmas gift so I use that instead. I nearly purchased the NT1A microphone, but I opted for the NT1 due to it's flatter frequency response, I found the NT1A to have a slightly exaggerated high end. All in all, I would highly recommend this microphone, I use it at home and the results I am getting are fantastic! Also Rode offer a 10 year warranty, that shows they really believe in their products!
