Heavy
The earrings are quite heavy and don’t sit well at all on the lobe. I can’t wear them and really I wasted my money.

Sure way to beat your pre diabetes
This book isn’t complicated!!!
It doesn’t have lots of exotic ingredients in the recipes and you can adapt the amounts of carbs to eat based on your health needs.
An eye opener is how many spoons of sugar correspond some of our everyday foods.
If you are going to cut out bread and cakes and pastries all together you have to buy the ingredients you need but once you are set up for it, it’s easy.
I recommend this book and I have bought one for my daughter.
