  Lost £1.50. Royal Mail left a card "The seller did not pay full postage". Did know who had underpaid. It was a gamble. If I had n't paid. The Royal Mail would have destroyed the item, as the seller had n't even put his return address!. Contacted him twice, to pay me back the £1.50. No replies. No apology. Packaging was just two ordinary envelopes. Item had been unnecessarily delayed by 2 weeks due to underpayment of postage. Not going to bother to chase him up over £1.50. Good Luck!
