They work in laser printers too!
I use an HP 1020 laser printer to print off individual 4 X 5 inch postage labels. Using sheet labels just doesn't work for me - you have to chop them up and when you send those chopped up sheets through the printer they're off centred as they don't have an equal border around the edge of each label. It takes up too much time and there's too much waste.
I wanted 4 X 6 inch labels on a roll so I could seperate them and send them through a laser printer but NO ONE seems to sell them in the UK. Lots of them for themal printers - but none for laser printers. Then I found these. Although designed for inkjet printers - they work on my laser.
You spend half an hour chopping them up into individual labels using a paper trimmer and then you have a pile of curved labels. Put that pile onto a hot radiator for an hour or two to soften the adhesive and they then go under a pile of books. That straightens them out and they now go through my laserjet. The result is exactly what I was looking for. The adhesive has good grab.
Although not designed for the use I put them to, I do wish I'd found them sooner. I can't give them "5 stars" as that's for "amazing" and for heaven's sake they're just a sticky label! But, I will be buying more.

Worth buying
Five stars would be "amazing" - it's not amazing, it's just better than expected and that's why it got 4 stars. I got a mechanical counter, but the resistance was too great and that affected the data I needed. The resistance with this is minimal. Just waft the sensor near the magnet and it registers. There are plenty of instructions but as they're in Chinese I'll have to scan them and translate them at some point. There's a reset button but I can't see an "off" switch. it may be that the buttons have to be presse in a certain sequence to switch it off? It uses an AA battery so if I have to buy a new one each time I use it then I can live without an off switch. When I've finished using it then I intend sticking it to the side of the fridge as I'd like to know how many times the fridge door is opened in a week.
A useful bit of kit.

Excellent turntable/wheel with very good torque
I didn't but this to make pottery - I needed a turntable that had good torque, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. (I'd cut a circle of glass and it was slightly oversize and needed to set it up so that a tungsten file would gradually chamfer the excess from it. I wanted to set it up and walk away).
I tried other wheels but they didn't have the power. This did and completed its task excellently. I've kept the rest of the kit and may make something with the clay etc but these kits need to be judged only on the quality of the turntable as it is that which will determine how good the pottery you can produce from it and this IS a good, quality one.
