Working so Far !!
As I know everyone is different was a little dubious if this would work but thought I would give it a try. I have struggled to lose the last 6 kilos that I need to shift, and have maintained the same weight for around 6 months no matter how much exercise I do. However I am happy to report that after taking this for just 1 week I have managed to lose 1KG in weight. Surprising I actually was not expecting this as had a knee injury this week so was only able to do my normal Bike exercise twice, so for rest of week was only taking tablet with no exercise. I also feel as I have more energy so this is always a good thing, however did not do anymore exercise on the 2 occasion I did ride just my normal 30 minutes. I am pretty confident that this product works and will see how things plan out this week. Great Item.....
