  Communication with seller were excellent after non arrival of item. Turned out that Yodel who supplied the tracking number for the seller had subcontracted the delivery out to Evri so couldn't track item which in turn arrived 2 days later than latest date specified & both outer & inner packaging was damaged. Photos taken in case I have to raise a claim against Evri. Won't know if the actual item is damaged inside the box as it is a Christmas gift to be opened on the 25th. First class seller tho'
