Worrying construction
It makes alarming creaking noises when hot, which makes it sound poorly designed for high temperatures and at risk of breaking or damage to me, the electrics, the surfaces, etc. The heating light repeatedly turns off and it now makes odd humming/buzzing noises at the same intervals. It is not a quiet or reassuring device to use.
