Far from impressed with the service! Cooker might be ok once I can actually use it!
The cooker itself is lovely. Clean, tidy, as - new like you would expect. However, in the write up (further information) of this cooker it says that the cooker comes with the necessary cable to wire it in. Perfect I thought! Fast forward 6 weeks and I’ve moved into my new property only to find that the cooker didn’t come with a cable and only one shelf! When I emailed to ask where I could get further shelves from I was advised that I would need to go straight to Hotpoint, there was nothing else they could do. Despite that trying to fit the one shelf I do have is leaving scratches on the inside of the cooker walls! So clearly doesn’t fit!
I received no apology for my time wasted in thinking the cooker came with everything I needed for installation, when in fact the write up is incorrect! Just that an electrician needs to connect it. That was it.
