I never have space for the hot pans we have coming off the stove (busy family: meal times are crazy). Now we use it everyday. It is heavy but the hanging loop is good and the feet have rubber tips on them

not a 'how-to', more of a 'why' book
Great to have a book that explains *why* to grow particular flowering plants and how best to use them in the flower arranging context rather than a 'how-to' of which there are many! Tips, advice and suggestions are clear and concise. Easy to read font (I struggle with some). I read it in 2 days and I know I will keep coming back to it again and again.
