After a false claim about non-payment, evaded starting to arrange collection/delivery for over a week. It is hard to explain the vendor's absurd, frequent, correspondence without assuming the plan was to delay me until funds could be transferred out of Paypal... then keep both the money and the item. I was refunded by Ebay/Paypal. I'm out-of-pocket by several hours and a small deposit to an inconvenienced courier service. Bad experience.
