Interrupted listening....
I love the look of this radio - its got a great retro feel, with a beige lether cover and strap, big button dials, and an orange LCD screen. It looks good amongst my homely furniture and doesnt stick out like an ugliy piece of technology in an otherwise eclectically furnished home!
HOWEVER, the quality of digital signal, whilst excellent, is often interrupted by bouts of hissing or silence. Interferrence could occur 2 or 3 times in an hour. Whilst its not a major problem, its quite irritating - especially if it goes silent in the middle of a good track or a news item. never seems to cut out during the ads though....
Anyhow - i'm willing to put up with the average service because it looks so cute! Smaller than the other Roberts retro models, and a bit on the funky quirky side. Like me.... :-)

Good quality and fun!
Arrived very quickly even during this time. Took around 90 mins to assemble with two people required to thread the pole through the netting and bend it - otherwise very straight forwards for one person. Good instructions and YouTube guide. Our 4 year old is delighted and I think she will get good use from it. I purchased the 6ft but wish I’d bought the 8ft however I think she’ll get a couple of years usage, all being well. Have purchased a cover separately- will be needed in this country as there’s no way I’m dismantling and reassembling every time the weather turns!
