They work for sure
Ive been drinking these for a week and ive definitely lost a few pound. The only thing is is you do spend a lot of time on the toilet so if your out and about it can be a problem but they definitely work. My mum has lost weight on them too.

Good stuff.
I had mouth trays made by the dentist and did purchase some bleach off them but these were alot cheaper and it's the same stuff.
