Doesn't Work!

I wore this for the first time last week during a sudden heavy downpour. I don't know how the rain was getting in, but under the cape I got soaked. I tightened the cape round my neck until I nearly throttled myself, but the rain still got in. My little dog was sitting on my lap under the cape and she was like a drowned rat. Had to towel her down and change all my clothes when we got home. This may give some protection during a light shower, but it gave me little protection in heavy rain. Definitely would not recommend this cape.
