    Great value for money. What I received was a large - and quite heavy - box with the handsets, base unit and station units separated into packs, with lots of bubble-wrap packaging. The hardware is a little scuffed as it's obviously been 'well-loved', but in good condition. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
