Easy to use & now an essential part of my running
The Gymboss is very easy to use and very versatile. It's perfect for interval training where you want to have set times to work out with set recovery times. I currently use mine for run-walk intervals when running and it is now a vital part of my running kit.

Disappointed with quality
Poor quality, not suitable for ironing onto clothes and was damaged in the post. Shame as design was cute.

Re-release of a classic rock album with great tracks.
Despite the re-release in 1997, this is actually one of Aerosmith's oldest albums, and listening to it is a wonderful step back in time.
Great tracks with a gritty rock sound that reminds me of the Yard Birds and the Rolling Stones.
I love the original version of "Walk This Way" as features on this album, and am hooked on "Sweet Emotion".
