Head set head and shoulders above the rest.

The sound quality is good.
The rubber loop holds them in my ears firmly and comfortably, even when eating or talking.
They do not block my ears like most "in ear" head sets. This makes them comfortable and I hear myself normally when I am talking.
The mute button makes them great for conference calls.
I use these in very noisy environments and I can hear and be heard. I work in IT and from time to time I am have a telephone conversation while I am in a data centre, these make that easy.
How I wish there was a bluetooth headset which was so usable.
I wish everything Blackberry did was so good.

Audio and power over USB
These speakers use USB for power and signal. They seem to appear as a storage device, I think they contain a driver which is read by the computer and installed. They work. They are cheap and small, the sound is what you expect for cheap and small, it's adequate.
They do not work on my Work-laptop. The Work-laptop is restricted by policy. They work fine on other computers. I think I only tested them on computers running Windows 10.
