Lovely Table

This arrived early, was simple to out together, the instructions were slightly confusing but the actual pieces were obvious and easy. All the pieces were present and it's great to sit at.

Worked for me

So I lost two stone baby weight then put 10lb back on, I tried all usual methods but it felt stuck, completely stuck. I have a healthy balanced diet, I exercise and I really do, I walk lots but it was stuck. Purchased these and have waited on the review as wanted to really see if they work. 6lb off in under two weeks is an amazing result. I would suggest they are for fitter people with a healthy diet. They are not going to work if you expecting results with no effort put in. I've had no side effects which I considered were a concern, they reduced my appetite and I'm sure made me a bit more focused on tasks, so probably stopped me feeling sluggish. They seemed to have stopped me thinking about food. I cant comment if the patches do much, I've used them on my bigger training days and but 6lb could be partly to do with both. Anyway, for me a great product. Remember to drink lots of water with them and throughout the day.
