amazing portable power source
1 of 1 found this helpful Well designed, sturdy, charges up my two phones super quickly. While I haven't tested it with an ammeter or anything, I am quite impressed with how well this functions compared to more recognized brands (dare I say, quite superior). This external battery arrived charged for me 3 (at about 60-70%, I forget). The capacity rating of 20,000 mAh appears to be correct, as a full charge of my iPhone 6 takes it from 100% to 89% -- consistent with the fact the iPhone 6 has a 1810 mAh battery, and an estimate of 80% charging efficiency after accounting for internal resistance and heat loss (generally a fact of lithium ion charge/discharge physics, regardless of manufacturer). It takes about 3-4 hours for it to charge from 48% to 100% with my USB 3.0 cable. (Competitor versions would take twice as long.)
It's definitely my to-go battery for my extended outings out and about in New York City now! And it's very stylish! AFAIK there are no weak points yet (the weak point on the Limefuel batteries for instance, tend to be on the micro-USB power input port into the battery) but I've only had it for a little less than a month now. Overall, there's so much juice in this thing I have yet to exhaust it!

Very sterile, zero growth even without refrigerating for weeks
I'm very satisfied with the sterility of their plates and packaging. They held up for two weeks without refrigeration and two weeks in the refrigerator (as advised on the envelope: "refrigerate immediately!") and had zero growth when I finally needed to use them. I'm incubating one (taped!) without inoculation as a control sample but I am expecting zero growth even at 37C.

Effective and I would trust this in a life and death situation
