Can't beat the price, but you get what you pay for

It arrived with the hub cones too tight, binding the bearings preventing it from spinning smoothly. Fortunately, I had the necessary cone wrenches to take the hub apart, add some better grease and make sure not to over-tighten the nuts (a bike shop could easily do this for you if you don't have the tools). Spins ok now. The wheel is true, and came with the axel nuts, a lockring, some sort of spacer, and a 16T cog for a 1/8" chain (it will NOT work with a 3/32" chain). You can't beat $60 for a new rear wheel. Perfect for what will be my 'beater' fixie.
