Arthritis
This book is based on the principles of Eating based on your blood type as advocated by Dr Peter D'Adamo. The book is similar to the original Eat Right For Your Blook Type but is more specific for people who want to cope better with the inconvenience of arthritis. Good book and I believe that the basic premis is beneficial to increasing the auto ammune system, metabolism, and avoiding foods that enflame certain medical conditions
