    Quick postage, flimsy thin packaging that arrived torn in places. Controller not working. Messaged seller who said they had proof of it working before they sent it. Got very defensive and rude when I explained it was broken and asked for proof that it was working before they sent it.

    I have informed you that there is no possibility to send the video using eBay messages. Also I packed it perfectly well - I could refund you if you would send me the pictures of the damaged parcel (insured) however you threw it to the rubbish bin! Also if you are rightly demand refund why you can't ask the eBay for step in!? You send the pictures of the device working but cosmetic damage supposedly in transit - in fact your child broke it again! however it was easy to fix it without any tools.

    hi i am not happy with the item that purchased it was damaged and it was open before i got it, i contacted the seller and he said that i opened the package and the item was in perfect condition. it was opened in transit in England through security,one of the item the input plug was bent and the plug in for the charger was to far inside the item and the charger lead heated up so hot. how can i get refunded and who do i send it back to?

    You have bought this item when it has been clearly described as damaged - hence price very low, also I have provided you with instructions to swap the cables and than it would work properly, but you didn't try it!

Lightweight quick and capable e-scooter.
This scooter is a very good machine. It easily reaching out 30 Km/h and the range easily reaching 40 Km. It's a lightweight yet sturdy. It is easy to use and give me a lot of fun. I also using this as a commuter and when I am going small shopping to the Tesco security have nothing against to take it with me to the shop. Overall very good E-scooter.
