Perfect for new starters!

This is my first digital camera. There are no doubt much better ones on the market, but for a first timer I cannot fault it. I bought it second hand, but it is in excellent condition and just right for my needs. I wanted to be able to upload photos onto my laptop and hey presto !! How simple it is. I'm not sure Vivitar make this model any more, but it is perfect for ME! Easy to use, light as a feather and pleasing to the eye!

Another 'Capital' track that bit the dust!

It was a sad day indeed when New Cross speedway ceased to exist at the end of the 1963 season. A beautiful stadium, a loyal and enthusiastic following, who cared? Certainly you're left wondering. Of course property developers rule don't they? Particularly in our capital city! This book is a must, for every self respecting Lambs/Rangers fan and speedway fans nationwide. It tells the whole story from beginning to end. Yes that's what the title suggests, but the bonus is the many wonderful photographs of bygone years and popular characters who proudly wore the Maltese Cross! A credit to the author Norman Jacobs, who obviously worked hard to collate all facts and figures so loved by us 'older' dirt track fanatics.
