Incorrect thread supplied - requires changing lead / screw

As with any classic car parts, testing is important. In order to do this with this unit, you have to change the threaded screw of your HT Lead which isn't great. Why not simply use the original thread of these? Once you have done your testing, you have to put it back to the original. Not terribly convenient for what should be totally standard.
