Poor Quality parts are used
I bought this cycle on 1st March 2021.
The look and feel is good - no doubt about it. Quality is good as well.
But after usage found that the parts used are of poor quality and can't even last till next summer.
Hardly this cycle was used during last summer and this summer, the pedal of this cycle got stuck. It seems that the ball-bearing in the center of the pedals is damaged and needs to be replaced. Not sure whether there is any warranty covered for this as the ball- bearing should not be getting damaged so early that too for a kids cycle.
