  Unfortunately, these shoes never arrived but that was the fault of Royal Mail, not this Seller. Very good communication, and refund issued. All I would say is find another Carrier. Royal Mail are no longer the best, there are plenty of others to choose from, or at least give your customer the choice if that’s possible. Thank you for dealing with my issue. I do appreciate it.

  The item was dispatched quickly and is as expected and described. An unexpected hassle was that Royal Mail determined that the package was a Small Parcel rather than a Large Letter and I therefore had to pay an additional £3.50 to have it delivered. I let the seller know and asked for a refund of the additional postage costs and within a couple of hours the seller had replied and arranged the refund. Perfect response from an excellent eBayer.
