Seiko 5 Black Dial Diver Stainless Steel Automatic Mens Watch SNZF15

Seiko Snz is a better value than Seiko Skx.

This watch is superb and a cheaper option to the more expensive seiko skx. It has a beautiful dark blue that contrasts perfectly with the classic quarter red bezel. This watch is known also as the “sea urchin” and it has a see thru back casing where you can see the automatic movement, the skx does not. The crown does not screw down which is an advantage if you let the watch sit for periods of time, setting it back to the correct date and time is much easier and you don’t have to worry about cross threading and ruining the crown. You can purchase a 22mm plastic seiko strap for about $20 and will essentially have 2 watches for the price of one which is what I did. I think the bezel is just a bit bigger than the skx too which is a plus because it makes reading the time just that much easier. The lume lights up really nice for a few minutes after being outside and entering a dark room. Really the skx has better water resistance but that’s about it. Honestly snz skx in my humble opinion.
